  1. 1. Project Manager: Presently working with QuEST Global Engineering Pvt. Ltd. at Bangalore as a Project Manager in Power Generation Group from August 2012 managing a team of 18 engineers. (Continue…..)
    a. Project Engineering – Plan, schedule, conduct and coordinate assigned project, monitor work for compliance to applicable codes and engineering practices, ensure effective communication and coordination between all interface disciplines. Manage the delivery of the supporting functions to ensure the successful delivery of the project, for example: prototype manufacture, purchasing, R&D, quality plans, production engineering, piping and arrangement.
    b. Reverse Engineering –Submersible pump (125 kW): Measurement of each subassembly by CMM, white light scanning, Modeling and Detail drawings. Perform Flow analysis of the pump. c. Cost Cutting Analysis – Chiller cost reduction proposal and perform FEA strength analysis.

    2. Lead Engineer:
    Worked with Alstom Projects India Ltd. (MNC, pioneer in power projects) at Noida as Lead Engineer in Rotating Machines Group from February 2007.till Aug. 2012. • Product Development – Component selection, modification in design and cost cutting analysis of auxiliary units for new engine development. Preparation of technical specification of centrifugal pumps, valves, heat exchanger, filter, accumulator, oil vapor fan used in auxiliary units of gas turbine.
    • Concept Description – Detailed concept description identifying the reason for selection and modification in the design of individual components of fuel oil - NOx water block. • Detail Engineering – Basic concept design & detail engineering of fuel oil - NOx water block for GT26 and GT13 functional module, 3d modeling and detailing in AutoCAD / AutoDesk Inventor, preparation of layout and manufacturing drawings of the assembly.
    • System calculation & Operation concept – Developing operation concept and performing system calculations for all mechanical auxiliary packages of gas turbine.
    • Hazard - Detail hazard identification analysis of lube oil system, rotor barring system, fuel gas ignition system and fuel oil - NOx water system of gas turbine as a part of machinery directive.
    • Flushing procedures – Preparation of flushing operation process of lube oil system, cooling air system and fuel gas system for customer projects.
    • Project engineering – Bid evaluation & review of technical document, P&ID review, manufacturing drawings from EPC contractor, vendor & design group for various mechanical packages.

    II. TKS CSA, Brazil (1 x KA11N2-2 MS, 497 MW); TEMA, Brazil (2 x GT11N2, 402 MW) – Prepare flushing procedure of fuel gas and lube oil system.
    III. Tuas, Singapore (1 x KA26-1 SS, 400 MW) – Contract review after tendering, deliver special project specific requirements & complete order structure of GT26 U1. Created lube oil and jacking oil flushing procedure for the new engine.
    IV. Al Mansurya, Iraq (4 x GT13E2 FM, 660 MW); Khulna,
    Bangladesh (1 x GT13E2 FM, 150 MW); Port Harcourt 2, Nigeria (1 x GT13E2, 179 MW),
    Nantian, China (1 x GT13E2, CC, 179 MW)
    Tyumenskya, Russia 2 (1 x GT13E2, 179 MW) - Contract review after tendering, deliver special project specific requirements & complete order structure of GT13 E2 FM, co-ordinate between engineering teams and supplier. Review of site operation and maintenance manual for GT auxiliary systems.

    3. 3rd Engineer: Joined The Shipping Corporation of India Ltd. (A Govt. Of India Undertaking) at Mumbai in December 2001 and worked till February 2007 with sailing experience on Oil tanker (GRT-28029 tonnes) and bulk carrier (GRT-31240 tonnes). Travelled around the world as Marine Engineer while working with Shipping Corpn. of India Ltd.
    • Trainee Marine Engineer: One year training at Kochi extending detail technical theory and practical assignments on marine engineering and shipboard knowledge.

    • 4th Engineer: Independent engine room shift in-charge and direct responsible of Diesel Generator (1125 kW), all reciprocating, centrifugal and gear pumps for their planned maintenance and scheduling and upkeep their spare parts inventory database. Receiving bunker and maintaining records of fuel oil onboard ship.
    • 3rd Engineer: Independent and direct responsible of, Boiler (Water Tube type, 24 kg/cm¬2), Marine Diesel Engine (Sulzer 5 RTA 62, single screw, 7298 kW), Heat Exchangers, Heavy oil and diesel oil purifier and air compressor. Performing planned maintenance and routine inspection of all the machineries in-charge and upkeep their spare parts inventory.

    4. Lecturer: Worked as a Lecturer in The Institute of Technology & Management, Gurgaon from January 2000 to December 2001.
